It is also necessary to provide information about any allergies or intolerances (food or medication).
At the same time as the administrative procedure, the doctor in charge will carry out and register the admission by setting up the medical records with the necessary clinical parameters and will simultaneously verify the appropriateness of the requested admission, and its compatibility with the specified departments.
In addition, your doctor will have to obtain informed consent about the medical and surgical treatments planned while ensuring protection and respect of the privacy laws.

Discharge

At the time of discharge, a discharge report is issued for the general practitioner containing the information regarding the admission, the diagnostic tests and treatment carried out, any treatment that is to be continued at home, as well as any follow ups and planned check ups. It is therefore recommended that all the documentation be kept safe.
The patient must remember to collect all their personal belongings.
On discharge, the patient will be given a satisfaction questionnaire that can be completed anonymously in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
The patient, before being discharged, may personally request copies of the medical records relating to their hospital stay from the admissions office by filling out the appropriate form. Delivery is within 30 days of discharge. Any delay in the timing may be due to the presence of histological examinations or causes external to the clinic.
